SOLUTION: A main battery 12 can be charged by the electric power of a generator 11 driven by an engine 10, and working can be performed by operating an electric motor 6 or the like by at least one electric power of the generator 11 and the main battery 12. The controller has a working speed limit part 47 restricting a working speed in response to working contents so as to be the consumption electric power of the electric motor 6 or the like generating no excessive discharge of the main battery 12 when the electric power of the generator 11 is a prescribed value or less having possibility generating the excessive discharge of the main battery 12.
