PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow detection means such as a switch to be positioned without any restriction by mounting a stay on a pedal arm and providing a detection portion on a rotation locus of the stay near the full-stroke of a pedal. SOLUTION: On the right side of a clutch pedal 1, a brake pedal, a pedal bracket thereof, and the like are disposed, while a space is provided on the left side. Thus, for a side wall 2a of a pedal bracket 2 to be provided with a mounting hole for detection means, a side wall 2a on the left side of the clutch pedal 1 is used. Since a detection element 11a of detection means 11 is disposed on a rotation locus of a stay 20 near the full-stroke of the clutch pedal 1, accuracy is not required for adjusting a distance between the stay 20 and detection element 11a of the detection means 11. Therefore, structure can be simplified. Further, installation position of the detection means is not restricted, work efficiency can be improved.
