PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define road surface followability, and shock absorbing and buffering functions easily by adjusting the relative mounting position of a shock unit to a swing arm, in a mount for setting the shock unit associated with the swing arm of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: The swing arm 14 of a motorcycle is formed so that a pivoting part 15 pivoted to the prescribed position of rearward lower end of a main frame may be fixed to one end part 14a, and a mount holder 32 connected to a mount frame through a shock unit 30 may be fixed to the other opening side end part 14b respectively. The mount holder 32 consists of a mount holder body 41 and a mount 40 which is disposed thereon and mounts the shock unit 30, and the mount 40 is oscillatably mounted on a guide on the upper end of the mount holder body 41. A serration capable of adjusting the degree of the slide of the mount 40 in stages is mounted on the guide.
