PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically assemble a game board by separating and taking out installing belt-like materials as a single body by carrying in the installing belt-like materials by a pallet, and constituting an automatic process so that fixing pins of the belt-like materials are inserted and installed in a board surface. SOLUTION: Layered outer rails 5 are mounted on an empty pallet 9 at a preparatory station #1. This pallet 9 is carried in an assembling place at a carrying-in station #2. A first transfer robot 10 of a separating station #3 takes out the layered outer rails 5 one by one to be delivered to an inserting station #4. The inserting station #4 preliminarily curves these outer rails 5 to be placed on a prescribed position of an inserting jig 11. Fixing pins of these outer rails 5 are arranged at a fixing pin attitude arranging station #5 to be sent to an inserting station #6 to be fixed to a board surface. Thus, a game board can be automatically assembled. |
