PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically spot-weld a sealing piece to an opening edge of a container by providing a container and film installation process, a film holding process to press the film against the opening edge, a punching process to form the sealing piece, and an evacuation process of a press panel and a hot blade. SOLUTION: A container 1 storing a content 6 is transferred to a next stage for the sealing, and a plurality of containers 1 are installed in a row with their opening edges 5 released. A strip-like film stock 7 is installed across these containers 1, 1 in the vicinity of the opening edge 5 facing the opening edge 5 of the container 1. The film stock 7 is pressed against the opening edge 5 by a press panel having an outer circumferential shape substantially along the opening edge 5 of the container 1, and held thereby, and the film stock 7 is punched along the opening edge 5 by a cylindrical hot blade having the blade shape along the opening edge 5 of the container 1, a sealing piece 8 attached to the opening edge 5 from the outside is formed by a punching piece. Then, the press panel and the hot blade are evacuated from the opening edge 5 of the container 1. |
