PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart an olefinic polymer with excellent adhesive properties to a polar resin by incorporating a polyethyleneimine having a specific average mol.wt. with the olefinic polymer. SOLUTION: With 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic polymer are incorporated 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a polyethyleneimine having an average mol.wt. by the light scattering method of 300-100,000 to give an olefinic polymer composition excellent in adhesive properties to a polar resin. As the olefinic polymer, is preferable a propylenic polymer, which can be a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene with anα-olefin. The olefinic polymer can be a mixture of 1-100 pts.wt. of a propylenic polymer with 99-0 pts.wt. of an olefinic elastomer or a mixture of 1-100 pts.wt. of an olefinic polymer with 99-0 pts.wt. of a styrenic elastomer. The surface of a molded product comprising this composition needs neither a surface treatment nor undercoating of a primer to improve affinity to other resins.
