PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture image forming device for preventing a paper jam caused by blocking a paper delivery port, and also increasing the quantity of recording media loaded on a waste paper tray. SOLUTION: An approaching portion 56 to a waste paper tray 50 is not fixed to a main body side wall 52, and is constituted so as to move along a portion being in the slightly recessed part of the wall 52. The upper end part of a compressed coil spring 58 is fixed to the back surface of the portion 56, and the lower end part of the spring 58 is fixed to a platelike stopper 60. Consequently the portion 56 is energized upward always by the spring 58, to be lowered in accordance with the weight of loaded recording papers 57.
