PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth structure which is intended for improvement of rates of fuel consumption as well as assistance to earth of an engine and capable of eliminating high-frequency currents (noises) generated within the engine. SOLUTION: In this earth structure, a code comprising a capacitor 3 and a coil 4 that are connected in series connects an engine 1 to a chassis frame 2. The coil 4 is connected at one end on the side of the chassis frame 2 to one end of a phase inverter circuit 6 and at the other end on the side of the engine 1 to one end of an amplifier circuit 5, while the end of the amplifier circuit 5 is connected to the other end of the phase inverter circuit 6.
