PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of vibration due to the axial load to be applied to a transmission shaft. SOLUTION: An input side constant velocity joint 34a and an output side constant velocity joint 34b are provided with three trunnions 62a, 64a, 66a around an axis of a transmission shaft 36, and sliding members 52a, 54a are interposed between sliding surfaces 56a, 58a of each trunnions 62a, 64a, 66a and 62b, 64b, 66b and of each guide grooves 44a, 46a, 48a and 44b, 46b, 48b. A center point T1 of a flat surface part 70a for transmitting the rotating force to the sliding member 52a of the input side constant velocity joint 34a and a center point T2 of a flat surface part 70b for transmitting the rotating force to an outer member 40b of the output side constant velocity joint 34b are set with the same phase.
