PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply position the tip of a fork to a pallet by easily confirming the horizontal state of the tip of the fork. SOLUTION: A turn frame 7 is supported turnably through a support shaft 6 to the elevating body 4 arranged elevatably to the masts 2, 3 on a car body 1 and a fork 8 arranged on the front surface of the turn frame 7 is supported turnably to the support shaft 6 and a tilt cylinder 9 is arranged between the turn frame 7 and elevating body 4. In a forklift tilting the fork 8 through the turn frame 7 by driving the tilt cylinder 9, an elevating body side slant meter 12 is arranged to the elevating body 4 and a fork side slant meter 13, laser pointer 14 and power generation unit 15 are arranged on the turn frame 7.
