STABILIZED LIPOSOME AND ITS FORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stabilized liposome, and to provide various stabilized liposomes. SOLUTION: This stabilized liposome is obtained by stabilizing with a carotenoid compound a liposome whose membrane is formed from a fatty oil or fat material containing PC(phosphatidylcholine) as a main agent. Therein, the membrane is formed from a zeaxanthin whose at least one end side is modified with a saccharide, and from a fatty oil or fat material consisting mainly of PC originated from yolk or at least one synthetic PC selected from DPPC (dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine) and DOPC(dioleylphosphatidylcholine).
