PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a growth auxiliary agent which has no agrochemical and promotes the natural growth of crops without artificial operation since in culture of crops, modern agriculture using much of agrochemicals has been developed for the necessity of the production increase of crops, however, the toxicity of agrochemicals has been disclosed recently, an agrochemical-free agricultural method starts to be noticed. SOLUTION: This method for producing a growth normalization agent of organic acid mineral comprises formulating natural salt with an organic acid obtained by subjecting a saccharide to alcohol fermentation followed by oxidation approximately in the same weight ratio and further adding about 10% based on the natural salt of honey by weight ratio. The weight ratio is about 50 of the natural salt, about 45 of the organic acid and about 5 of the honey. Purified salt is mixed with bittern and minerals to give an approximate natural salt. Seawater is mixed with the organic acid and the honey in the same ratio of the organic acid and the honey to the salt content in seawater as the above- mentioned ratio.
