KEEPING OF JELLYFISHES UTILIZING BASAL FILTRATION-TYPE CISTERN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent jellyfishes from clashing e.g. against cistern walls and a temperature regulator by forming a smooth water flow suitable for keeping of jellyfishes in a basal filtration-type cistern. SOLUTION: An acrylic board 2 is placed in a curved state inside a basal filtration-type cistern 1 and a gap between the cistern wall and the acrylic board 2 is formed in such a way that water flow discharged from a discharge mouth 4 can be changed into a smooth water flow circulating along the inner surface of the acrylic board 2.
