PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the iron and iron oxide particulates generated from a pressure source system of high pressure air and to eliminate the deficiency due to contaminant by wrapping a magnet around a piping of the high pressure air or using a cylindrical magnetic body as a part of the piping itself. SOLUTION: Several filters 5, etc., are installed at each stage for purifying the high pressure air, and the magnet 2 is wrapped at an optional site of the piping 1 in the process. Many iron particulates 3 are floated in air as shown in A till that time, but the iron particulates 3 are adsorbed on the inner wall surface of the piping 1 and captured by the magnet 2 as shown in B. Then the air after passing through the site at which the magnet 2 is wrapped becomes clean air as shown in C. Further, similar effect is obtained even when the cylindrical magnetic body is used as a part of the piping 1. In this way, the high pressure air is blown off on a product as the clear air, as a result, the deficiency due to the contaminant of the product caused by the sticking of the particulates on the product is not caused. |
