PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of a chamfering tool, and at the same time, reduce the cost by providing a tool body on the bottom surface of which, a groove having an upside-down V-shaped cross section is formed, and rotatably attaching a disk blade to the tool body in a manner to go across the valley section of the upside-down V-shaped groove. SOLUTION: A tool body 10 which has a long and thin rectangular parallelopiped being grippable by hand, and is formed of wood, a resin and aluminum, or the like, is provided, and the upper surface is formed into a flat surface. In the meantime, on the bottom surface, at least one upside-down V-shaped groove 14 whose cross section is a right angle, is formed. The upside-down V-shaped groove 14 is formed in a manner to have a central side slope 16 and an outer side slope 18. Also, the upside-down V-shaped groove 14 is formed in such a manner that a valley-shape section 22 wherein those slopes 16 and 18 cross and a mountain- shape section 20 wherein the central side slopes 16 cross with each other may form respective ridge lines. To a section closer to one end of the tool body 10, a disk blade 12 is rotatably attached in a manner to go across the valley-shape section 22 of the upside-down V-shaped groove 14. In this case, the disk blade 12 is positioned to be perpendicular to the ridge line of the valley-shape section 22 of the upside-down V-shaped groove 14 on the cross section of the tool body 10, and be tilted at an angleαto the ridge line of the valley-shaped section 22 on the longitudinal section. Thus, a chamfering of corner sections of a plaster board or the like is performed by the blade section.
