PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a local charging recess for causing a transfer fault by providing a step of supplying a transfer material exceeding a reference charging amount to the mold, and a step of wiping a portion exceeding the reference amount in the material. SOLUTION: First, a transfer mold 111 is mounted at a charger. Then, scanning of a charging head 101 is started. Then, when a slot die arrives at a starting position of a recess 112 of the mold 111, the die is lowered from a waiting position to a discharging position, thereby starting discharging of charging paste. Then, when the paste arrives at a finishing position of the recess 112 of the mold 111, the die stops discharging of the paste, and rises to the waiting position. Meanwhile, a wiping roller is lowered to a contact position before the starting position of the discharged part of the paste of the mold 111, thereby starting winding of a wiping tape. Then, the roller is raised to the waiting position after the discharge portion of the paste of the mold 111, and stops winding of the tape.
