PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which rapidly crystallizes and shows a good balance of properties such as stiffness, impact resistance and the like by mixing a core agent with a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having specific properties. SOLUTION: The component A is a composition comprising a propylene homopolymer as a major component, an ethylene-propylene copolymer and an ethylene homopolymer, the component A having a melt flow index of 0.01 to 1,000 g/10 min, a stereoregularity index fraction of a xylene-insoluble component at an ambient temperature measured by 13C-NMR of not less than 98.9%, 3 to 50 wt.% of a xylene-soluble component at an ambient temperature and T1 relaxation time composed of a single relaxation component, said T1 relaxation time y (millisecond) satisfying the relation: y<=0.0014x3-0.0897x2-1.0593x+231.6 wherein x (wt.%) is a content of ethylene. A nucleating agent to be used is an organic phosphoric acid-based nucleating agent or a sorbitol-based nucleating agent and its amount is 0.001 to 5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
