PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely regulate building of a door frame without any limitation in mounting the door frame and advance a building-side work without waiting the progress of a unit bath work by preliminarily fixing a skeleton fixing frame to the door frame to be set in a building-side skeleton opening part forming the doorway of a unit bath. SOLUTION: A waterproof pan consisting of a bathtub setting part and a washing place is set on the bathroom side of a building skeleton, and an opening 8 is provided on the building skeleton side forming the doorway of the bathroom. A door frame 1 to be set in the opening 8 is formed into a rectangular shape by lateral vertical frames and upper and lower frame, and a tile panel or the like is used for a wall panel forming the wall surface of the unit bath. A skeleton fixing frame 3 having a lip part extending at a right angle from the edge of one flange of a channel steel is preliminarily mounted on a vertical frame 9 forming the door frame 1, and the door frame 1 is set on the inner wall surface of the unit bath, and the skeleton fixing frame 3 is fixed to the opening 8 provided on the building skeleton side by small screws or the like while observing the building of the door frame.
