PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess blocking preventing powder from being scattered to the outside and inside of a printer by blocking a printing sheet conveying passage of a blocking preventing powder injecting area without gap to the outside of the passage, and detachably providing the passage. SOLUTION: A blocking preventing powder scattering preventive cover 1 is installed at a drive-up portion before a delivery unit of an offset sheet-fed printer. A side face plate 5 is mounted at a side of the cover 1 to seal a part of the side inclusive. The larger the plate is, the less an amount of the powder to adhere to the side. Simultaneously, an amount of the powder to be introduced can be decreased. The cover 1 is manufactured of a cold rolled material having a thickness of 3 mm. The plate 5 is manufactured of a cold rolled material having a thickness of 2.3 mm, and welded to the plate 5. Thus, the powder can be prevent from being scattered to the inside and outside of a printer.
