PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine partition comprising an inner ring and outer ring integrally joined to a spacer ring and nozzle pieces and manufacturing method for it. SOLUTION: This partition comprises a plurality of nozzle pieces 6, which are formed in an inner spacer ring 3a and outer spacer ring 3b, inserted into a plurality of through holes having the same cross section as that of the nozzle piece 6 and part of each nozzle piece 6 projected inward of the inner spacer ring 3a and outward of the outer spacer ring 3b. The inner spacer ring 3a and the outer spacer ring 3b connected to each other through the nozzle piece 6 are used as an inner cast insert material and an outer cast insert material, and after arranging self-fusing alloy in a part of the surface of each inner cast insert material and outer cast insert material, a steam turbine partition 18 is manufactured by casting the inner and outer cast insert materials by a casting insert material having the shape of an inner ring 16 and a casting insert material having the shape of an outer ring 17.
