PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed Japanese horseradish (Wasabi) which improves the evaporation performance and sustaining performance of allyl mustard oil, by compounding grated Wasabi with specific components. SOLUTION: This processed Wasabi is obtained by adding 10 to 40% of a composition comprising allyl mustard oil, good additives and food raw materials as a subsidiary component to 60 to 90% of grated Wasabi as a main component, wherein the total amount of the components is 100%. The grated Wasabi is obtained by grating Wasabi as raw material. |
