PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting to a framework and enhance the airtightness in a wall panel comprising a heat insulating material on a plate body by forming a swollen part substantially in the center of the outer end surface of the heat insulating material along the outer edge of the heat insulating material. SOLUTION: In the end surface S5 of a heat insulating material 20, the part corresponding to a vertical surface 35 is protruded outward by the presence of a pair of inclined surfaces 36, 37. In both lateral end surfaces 5S of each heat insulating material 20, a trapezoidal sectional swollen part 38 is formed in the part except both first cutout parts 27. This swollen part 38 is formed substantially in the thickness directional center of the heat insulating material 20 extending over the whole circumference thereof. Further, the swollen part 38 is formed of the same material as the heat insulating material 20, and integrally molded with the heat insulating material 20. Therefore, the swollen part 38 is elastically deformable. Since the swollen part extending along the outer edge is formed substantially in the center of each end surface of the heat insulating material, the projected area of the indoor side surface of the heat insulating material can be made smaller than that of the setting space.
