PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an installation work for wall panels by allowing the wall panels to be transported easily. SOLUTION: A wall panel 11 is disposed between columns 14 forming a framework 13 of a wooden housing, and comprises a platy body 12. A thermal insulating material 20 and a stud 17 are provided on the platy body 12. A first notch part 27 is provided at least in a part of the portion of the thermal insulating material 20 in contact with the column 14. Also, a second notch part 28 is provided at least in a part of the portion of the thermal insulating material 20 in contact with the stud 17.
