PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily simplify the installation and withdrawal of a cone bar built between the tops of a cone section of an conical marking body projecting a safety light upward of the top end and, at the same time, to prevent the lowering of the functions of a barricade. SOLUTION: The inside circumferential surface 15 of a ring member 14 mounted to both ends of a bar body 12 constituting a cone bar 11 is equipped with large diameter parts 16 opposed to each other at an interval larger than an outside diameter of a disc-like main body 6 of a safety light 5 and opposed small diameter parts 17 between both of them. Then, a space 18 between the opposed large diameter parts 16 passes through the main body 6, and the small diameter parts 17 are interlocked with the top section of a cone section 3.
