PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for port sealing a ceramic molding capable of suitably sealing a port without adhering a port sealing paste to an end face of the molding. SOLUTION: The apparatus for port sealing ends of through holes of columnar ceramic moldings 1 having many through holes aligned at a partition wall in a lengthwise direction with a port sealing paste containing a ceramic powder as a main component comprises a paste discharging tank 10 having a mask 11 formed with an opening for discharging the paste in a port sealing pattern state and installed at one side face. In this case, the tank 10 is constituted capable of moving in an arbitrary direction, and when the tank 10 is moved to urge the mask 11 to the end face of the molding 1, the mask 11 is brought into close contact with the end face of the molding 1. |
