PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide higher quality compost and to prevent the plug-up of a slurry tube connecting a raw refuse crusher to a composting device by making no salinity remain in the compost. SOLUTION: This apparatus is so constructed that salinity components or the like in raw refuse A may be removed by dewatering and feeding water repeatedly in a desalting device 7 before the raw refuse, which has been pulverized, being charged into a composting apparatus 8, and that the resulting refuse may be charged into the desalting device 7 for the compost-treatment with no salinity component remaining in the compost. As a result, composting is so accelerated as containing no salinity component and no oil component, and the apparatus provides high-quality feeds, fertilizers and culture-soils. A reserve tank 1 g having the same volume as that of the whole length of a slurry tube 3 is installed in the part of a raw refuse crusher 1, and the inner part of the slurry tube 3 is maintained empty by feeding off the raw refuse, which has been once stored in the reserve tank 1, to an adjusting tank 2 by using a pressure-feed pump 1i except in the course of feeding the raw refuse by pressure. Thus, re-feeding the raw refuse by pressure can be realized smoothly without for sticking and plugging up of the raw refuse in the inner part of the slurry tube 3. |
