PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize the rounding of a groove part having an inclined groove surface. SOLUTION: A turbine disk 1 is positioned by copying a product by a positioning device 30, a cutter for acute angle and a cutter for obtuse angle are selectively mounted on a spindle, a spindle head 20 is moved to an arbitrary position with respect to a table 12 to enable the rounding of corner parts on the acute angle side and on the obtuse angle side of the groove part having the inclined groove surface, the rounding operation is mechanized, and the rounding of the groove part having the inclined groove surface is correctly implemented in a short time while maintaining the uniform accuracy.
