摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al alloy brazing filler metal to which a flux is applied with excellent adhesivity, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A surface of an Al alloy member 2 is coated with a brazing filler metal by a thermal spray method, and flux is applied thereto in an Al alloy member 12 to be brazed. In a manufacturing method of the Al alloy member 12 to be brazed, the surface of the hot Al alloy member 2 to be extruded from an extrusion machine 1 is coated with the brazing filler metal by the thermal spray method, and the Al alloy member 12 to be brazed is coated with the flux thereon. Since the molten metal droplet of the brazing filler metal is sprayed in the thermal spray method, the surface of the thermal spray coated brazing filler metal becomes finely uneven, and the flux applied to the uneven surface is firmly adhered to the brazing filler metal by the anchoring effect of the recessed part of the uneven surface. The member to be brazed can be manufactured with excellent productivity by thermally spraying the brazing filler metal on the hot Al alloy member 2 extruded from the extrusion machine 1, and applying the flux thereto.
