PURPOSE: Provided is a floating matter eliminator in a rainwater pump facility which raises floating matters accumulated in a coarse screen to a latticed frame to be treated easily so that it helps managers to eliminate the floating matters conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The floating matter eliminator in the rainwater pump facility comprises the parts of: a structure(10) which is placed to cover the front side of the coarse screen(3) with multiple support bars(11), a geared motor(15) at the front side and a bridge(17) at the rear side included; and the latticed frame(20) which includes a rising subject(21) at internal upper side, a guide(22) at all corners and a screen(23) wherein the upper edge is fixed by a hinge(24) and the lower edge is connected the front edge of a wire(16) wound by the geared motor.
