SOLUTION: A discharge window 25 for dust or the like, serving as a discharge part for dust or the like, is formed in the upright part 9B of the sill 9 of a door pocket 7 for accommodating sliding doors serving as closing elements, and is freely opened and closed by a cover 31 slid by the operation of a handle 33.
