<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost while assuring a positioning accuracy of a cart at a working station in a device positioning the cart at the working station on a transfer route by moving the work setting cart through four roller units onto a pair of right and left side guide rails laid down on a longitudinal transport route. SOLUTION: A positioning pin 7 installed at the upper surface front part of a base 4 is fitted, with a lateral play, to a positioning hole formed laterally in a cart so as to position the cart in longitudinal direction. In this positioned state, the portion of each guide rail 1 where each roller unit of the cart is positioned is cut out, and each reference rails 8R and 8L machined to a specified height are disposed in these cutout portions so as to position the cart in vertical direction. In addition, the lateral width of the reference rail 8R on one side is machined to the same dimension as a clearance between a pair of right and left side rollers 54 and 54 so as to position the cart in lateral direction.</p> |
