SLIT-WORKING JIG WITH REGULATING FUNCTION FOR CABLE SHEATH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exfoliate sheathing materials easily without damaging inside cable conductors and to prevent inside copper wires and optical fibers from breaking in an easy and inexpensive slit-working jig with a regulating function for cable sheaths for exfoliating work on the sheathing materials of cables. SOLUTION: A cable insertion hole 3 is provided at the center part of a working jig, and cutter 4 are protruded in the cable insertion hole 3 at two opposite locations or more through the cutter insertion hole 3. A means for regulating the amount of the protrusion is provided for a working jig 1 with a regulating function. A working jig body comprises freely openable/closable two-piece structures 1 and is capable of being adapted to any circular and rectangular cable, and it is possible to provide slits (cuts and V-grooves) easily with a little force.
