PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a cylinder reciprocation drive mechanism by simplifying the same. SOLUTION: A nippers case 6 provided with nipper blade bodies 7 is mounted. A second cylinder is connected to the axial rear end side of a first cylinder 13, and a second piston 24 is freely mutually slidably fitted into a second cylinder in the coaxial direction with the sliding direction of the first cylinder 13. A rod part 24A protruded to the rear from the second cylinder is connected to the second piston 24, and the rod part 24A is fixed to the vertical part 5A of a mounting member 5 approximately in an L-shape in side view. At least the first cylinder 13 is freely slidably supported on the horizontal part 5B of the mounting member 5. The second cylinder is axially slid with respect to the second piston 24 to advance and retreat the nipper blade bodies 7 in a nipper 1. The nipper 1 is provided with air supply/discharge paths 27 and 31 so that the second cylinder may be driven to advance and retreat axially by a working fluid alternately supplied and discharged on both axial sides of the second piston 24 in the second cylinder.
