EXHAUST CONSTITUTION FOR GAS OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas oven safe against combustibles outside of the oven without a combustion flame being discharged to the outside of the oven even if the combustion flame is generated due to the ignition of gravy in a baking chamber regarding exhaust constitution for the gas oven. SOLUTION: This gas oven is provided with a gas burner 12 for heating a cooked object 13; a baking chamber 14 for storing the cooked object 13; an exhaust flue provided behind the baking chamber 14; a top plate 18 constituting the exterior of a cooker body and having an opening 19 at the rear; and an exhaust cover 20 for covering the opening 19 of the top plate 18. In this case, a lath mesh shielding plate 24 and a shielding plate 25 with a large number of round holes disposed downstream thereof are provided in the exhaust flue.
