PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and to improve the workability by replaceably arranging a decorative plate consisting of a timber subjected to a treatment such as dimensional stabilization on a surface design part. SOLUTION: Plate materials of young wood are combined and connected together, and then subjected to a dimensional stabilization treatment or surface hardening treatment to form a decorative plate 2. The bolt through-hole provided on the decorative plate 2 is conformed to the screw hole of a screw seat fixed to a remaining form 3 consisting of a metallic material by welding, and the decorative plate 2 is mounted on the remaining form 3 by fastening bolts 4, 4, 4, 4. Remaining decorative forms 1 are closely arranged vertically and laterally while they are retained by a support column or reinforcement, a connecting member for fastening the remaining forms 3 or a space retaining member is arranged on the reverse side thereof, and a waterproofing material is arranged on the connecting part of the adjacent remaining forms 3 or decorative plates 2. Concrete is then placed therein. According to this, the workability and design property can be improved, the decorative plate 2 can be easily replaced, and a beautiful concrete wall surface can be retained.
