PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed water drain structure for draining condensed water remaining on the upper face of a recess of a diaphragm to the outside of a tank or the lower section of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: A diaphragm tank is provided with a diaphragm 9 so cross spread as to part an air layer section 7A into the upper and the lower and provided in tension on the air layer section 7A above a storage liquid in the tank storing a liquid storing dissolved corrosive gas, and the tank is provided with an opening 11 running through a recess of the diaphragm 9, a pit 12 connected with the lower end of the opening 11 and also a drain pipe 13 running from the pit 12 to the outside of the tank through the inside of a lower air layer 7B.
