PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a complex member improving the joined strength of a member body and a material to be inserted as cast-in. SOLUTION: When the complex member is produced, a process for forming a film 7 composed of an aggregate of at least two kinds of a first and a second metal grains 5, 6 having different diffusibilities to molten metal for casting the member body on the surface of the material 3 to be inserted as cast-in and a process for executing the replacement of the first metal grain 5 on the film 7 with the molten metal with the diffusion of the first metal grain 5 having the high diffusability by supplying the molten metal onto the surface of this film 7 and also, generating mutually diffusion between the second metal grain 6 having the low diffusability and the material 3 to be inserted as cast-in and the molten metal, are executed.
