PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a proper display part in each medicine package in accordance with the kind of display corresponding to the needs of a user by providing a means for setting the kind of display, and a oceans for respectively forming the display part for each medicine package in a medicine package belt in accordance with the kind of display which is set by oceans of the setting means. SOLUTION: A medicine package dividing device for forming display corresponding to the needs of the user in each medicine package or the like of the medicine package belt 11 is provided with a tablet discharge device 1, a packaging device 2, a printing device 3, a display part forming device 4 and a controller 5. When the device is used, a prescription data input screen is displayed on a display first and the ID number of a patient is inputted by a keyboard or the like. Then the contents of each kind of prescription data corresponding to the ID number of the patient are displayed based on prescription data which are received from a host computer. Then packaging is started based on the prescription data and the concerned medicines are successively packaged in the packages of the belt 11. Then coloring is executed in each medicine package by a pen which is set in the display part forming device 11.
