PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool material by providing a cold storage container to be put in place of a bread container for a bread machine. SOLUTION: This bread machine has a cooling storage container 21 that is put in place of a bread container and mounted to a baking chamber. This cold storage container 21 is a bottomed cylinder having an opening in upper surface, has a projecting rotational shaft 22 in the center of the bottom portion, is formed with a double container whose periphery except for the upper surface is filled with a cooling storage agent, and has a cylindrical portion 23 supported by a support portion of a kitchen under the bottom portion. A stirring blade 24 for cooling cooking is mounted to the upper end of the rotational shaft 22, the lower end has a coupling engaging with a coupling mounted to the upper end of a rotational shaft of a baking chamber in the mounted state to the baking chamber. The cold storage container 21 has a transparent inner lid 26, on its upper surface opening, for preventing cool air from escaping.
