PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of jam, and guarantee uniform distribution of a material by integratedly arranging a central duct with a movement member such as a push button, sectioning a pump chamber around it, and inserting the central duct into a central portion. SOLUTION: When a protection cap 6 is removed by an user and a push button 5 is pushed down, an end wall 52 of a bulk head 50 is pushed downward by a central duct 32, and thereby, a material in a pump chamber 34 is discharged between the central duct 32 and a bulk head central portion 51, and reaches a radial opening part 36 and a dispenser end piece 35. When the push button 5 is furthermore pushed down and reaches an annular set back 41, it is completed that a guide skirt 16 is pressed by a sealing cup 37 of a tubular skirt 33, and an inside and an outside of a container are communicated with each other through a clearance which exists between an air intake orifice 42 and the guide skirt 16, and a skirt 33.
