WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSION COSMETIC HAVING EXCELLENT PHASE INVERSION FEELING HAVING HIGH INNER WATER PHASE RATIO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic capable of instantly causing phase inversion in application to the skin and hair, having an excellent spray feeling of water, providing moisture, having no stickiness and yet excellent stability with time by making the cosmetic include a specific amount of a crosslinking type polyether modified silicone, an ester oil such as a diester oil liquid at a normal temperature and a specified amount of water. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises (A) 0.1-10.0 wt.% of a crosslinking type polyether modified silicone of the formula (l is 3-20; m is 10-200; n is 1.0-10.0), preferably a pasty polyether modified silicone composition kneaded with a silicone oil under shear force, (B) an ester oil selected from a diester oil, a triester oil, a tetraester oil, a full ester oil and a sesquiester oil and (C) >=50 wt.% of a water phase component. The amount of the component B formulated is preferably 0.1-20.0 wt.% in the cosmetic.
