PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make high-quality recycle of an aluminum wire possible and, consequently, to realize the reduction of the cost of materials by raising electric conductivity at the time of continuous rolling. SOLUTION: The rolling rolls at several stages from the most upstream rolling rolls 21, concretely, the rolling rolls 22 in the 2nd stage are defined as a prestage rolling roll group A, the rolling rolls from the rolling rolls 23 in the 3rd stage following these rolls to the rolling rolls 30 in the 10th stage are made as a poststage rolling roll group B and, by providing a heat insulating/ moving region C between the prestage and poststage rolling roll groups A, B, after rolling the material to be rolled of the ingot bar 7 of a cast aluminum ingot to 45-55% of the original cross section with the prestage rolling roll group A, the material is forward moved only for 10-30 s without receiving the rolling in the state where the heat insulating temperature of 400-450 deg.C is maintained in the heat insulating/moving region. In the way, impurities are sufficiently precipitated from the ingot bar 7 and the electric conductivity is improved.
