PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a spinneret made of long-lived ceramics good in wiping off properties of a molten resin or mold releasability and further the mold releasability and cleaning properties of a fused resin, facilitate a precise working and achieve a lower cost when producing the spinneret comprising a ceramics material and capable of carrying out melt spinning of the molten resin such as a polyester or a nylon. SOLUTION: This spinneret 20 is provided with each nozzle hole 6 in which a spinning hole 1 is made to communicate with a discharging hole 2 located at the front of the spinning hole 1 and composed of a minute pore diameter. At least a peripheral part of the nozzle hole 6 is a dense sintered compact having >=1,200 Vickers hardness, <=0.1 Ω.cm value of resistivity, <=10.0×10-6/K coefficient of thermal expansion, <=2 μm average crystal grain diameter and >=99% density based on the theoretical density without any hole having >=2 μm, more preferably >=1 μm diameter. |
