PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost apparatus for centesis easy for a user to use without pain. SOLUTION: This apparatus 10 for centesis to sample blood from a capillary of a portion of a body with a device assisting pressure reduction has a plunger 12 attached to the body or to an upper housing 24. The plunger, when pushed by a user, drives a lancet 18 for centesis on a portion of skin. An evacuating member, for example a diaphragm 38 or a set of bellows, is driven by the plunger 12 and causes pressure reduction by pushing the air out of the centesis apparatus 10. The reduced pressure partially pulls the skin into the centesis apparatus 10 and causes bleeding at the position of centesis. Thereafter the reduced pressure is released and the blood is subjected to inspection. |
