PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply bind used plastics and lighten labor of a worker who is engaged in binding work. SOLUTION: When polyvinyle chloride films F for agriculture are collected, a tape 11 is used for binding a predetermined quantity of the films F as one collected unit 12. The tape 11 is composed of a film having, as a main component, the same material as that of the film F to be bound. By this method, the collected unit 12 can be charged into a disposal apparatus as it is. |
