PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flavor of a drinkable liquid (including a Sake liquid, seasoning liquid, plant-based beverage and water) simply. SOLUTION: The method for treating a drinkable liquid L comprises repeating a passing treatment of the drinkable liquid L through a porous glass material having many fine pores of 0.1-25.0 μm pore diameters by at least >=2 times, or performing a penetrating treatment by using the glass material becoming 2.1-5.0 mm total thickness after penetrating the liquid L through the porous glass material. Also, the simple treating tool for the drinkable liquid L is obtained by providing a hollow penetrating tube 21 formed with a porous glass material 11 and having openings 22, 23 at its both ends and a drinkable liquid- introducing container 25 having a vertically installed outlet tube part 27 at its bottom part 26 capable of freely flowing the drinkable liquid down, and at the outlet tube part 27, the base end part of the hollow penetrating tube 21 whose tip end is sealed off, is joined is a liquid-sealing state. |
