PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a sealer against a part to be sealed with a specified pressure by reciprocating the sealer without oscillating it. SOLUTION: A packaging device comprises a damper 10 provided with a piston 12 to be moved while applying the pressure to a magnetic fluid 9 under the magnetic field, and a coil 14 to apply the magnetic field to the magnetic fluid 9 when a sealer 4 is retracted from the part to be sealed, the sealer 4 is connected to the piston 12, and a strong damping is generated by applying the magnetic field to the magnetic fluid 9 from the coil 14 when the sealer 4 is retracted. |
