<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse modulating device capable of improving bit resolution of a pulse width modulating signal to be generated and an exposure device capable of making an exposing time highly accurate. SOLUTION: A PWM signal 48 is raised by inputting a pulse to a set terminal (S terminal) of an R-S flipflop 54 in synchronism with a pixel clock 42. Either one of a reference clock CLK0 generated by a reference clock generator 60 and a delayed clock CLK1 obtained by delaying the reference clock CLK0 by using a delay circuit 62 is selected corresponding to delay-selecting data 40B, the falling of the PWM signal 48 is executed in a synchronism with the selected clock.</p> |
