PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin fiber treatment agent in the dry process for producing polyolefin nonwoven fabrics that shows excellent card passage, as the occurrence of scum and/or fly is suppressed at the card web production step, by formulating a specific polyether and a specific organic phosphoric ester salt to the fiber treatment agent. SOLUTION: The objective polyolefin fiber treatment agent for producing nonwoven fabric through the dry process is prepared by mixing a polyether represented by the formula: R1-A-O-R2 (R1 is a 28-60C alkyl or alkanoyl; R2 is H, a 1-4C alkyl or alkanoyl; A is a polyoxyalkylene by recurrence of a 2-3C oxyalkylene unit) with an organic phosphoric ester salt, for example, potassium a 12-18C straight chain alkyl phosphate at a weight ratio of 30/70-90/10, preferably 40/60-80/20, in addition, by admixing a polyether-polyester block copolymer to the mixture of the polyether and the organic phosphate salt in the total at a weight ratio of 40/60-90/10. |
