PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a plinth, and to improve workability in the plinth having a lighting function. SOLUTION: In the plinth having a lighting function in which an illuminant 2 is assembled into a plinth body 1, a part of the plinth body 1 is used as an irradiation section 22 irradiating light from the illuminant 2 by covering the plinth body 1 composed of a light-transmitting resin with a light-shielding film 30, leaving a part of the plinth body 1. Thus, a transparent cover or the like protecting the illuminant 2 need not be installed separately, and structure can be simplified. |
